The 114 Individual Swiss Chess Championship is taking place from 27th September to 10th October 2014 in Bern, the capital of Switzerland ranked among the world’s top ten cities for the best quality of life.
GM Vadim Milov (2622), GM Yannick Pelletier (2571), GM Alexandra Kosteniuk (2543), IM Nico Georgadis (2451), IM Oliver Kurmann (2439), IM Roland Loetscher (2416), IM Beat Zueger (2399), IM Martin Balamnn (2386), IM Markus Klauser (2384) and IM Andreas Huss (2382) are playing in a round robin system.
