Stockfish leads TCEC Season 6 by two points, Shredder is out

Stockfish 080414 leads the third Stage of the strongest computer competition TCEC Season 6 with 17/22, leaving the next contender full 2 points behind.

Komodo 1217 is clear second with 15/22, while Houdini 4 is third with 13.5/22.

According to the rules of Thoresen Chess Engines Competition only the top 4 engines will move on to the next Stage.

Only six rounds remain till the end of the third Stage and unfortunately for Shredder 12, who collected 3.5/22 points, there is no chance to be among the best four.
