Wei Yi and Levon Aronian will play 4 classical games and 4 rapid games. The time control of the classical games is 90 minutes + 30 seconds and for the rapid games 15 minutes + 10 seconds. Each win in the classical games is awarded 3 points, each draw 1 points. For the rapid games a win is 1 point, which a draw is 0,5 points. If the score is equal at the end of the match, a blitz tiebreak of two games with time control 5 minutes + 3 seconds. If the score is equal again, an Armageddon game will be played.
